Studying administrative sciences at the University of Konstanz, with a focus on international relations, opened the path to an international career at IBM and Shopify. For 30 years I have learned and shaped, built and led teams, and gained international experience across Europe, MEA, AP, and NA.

My strength lies in translating business requirements into talent development strategies and implementing them efficiently: scalable, modular, measurable, using precisely fitting methods and tools — from the resources already at hand to AI. 

What matters most to me is always the interplay between talent and organization, between economic success and appreciation for the people who create that success.
