It is my passion to support humans to be at their best. Family and friends spread across the world allowed me to learn in and with other cultures early on: This has shaped my curiosity, and my hunger to keep learning.  My studies of Political Sciences in Konstanz with a focus on International Relations paved the path to an international career at IBM and Shopify. For more than 25 years, I had the opportunity to learn & lead, innovate & implement and drive change for growth.

Since 2023, I have been bringing my expertise as an HR developer to companies with between 40 and 40K employees. My strength lies in translating business needs into talent development strategies, implementation and measurement with operational excellence: Scalable and modular, serving short and long-term business needs.

I am experienced with defined and complex projects, regional and global teams, remote or hybrid. My work and living experience across 3 continents (Europe, Africa, Australia) contributes to my expertise around cross-cultural collaboration and ability to benefit from the power of diverse teams.
